The job will require a candidate with exceptional technical skills, professional interpersonal communication, and a can-do attitude. Excellent leadership and problem solving skills are a must, as the ideal candidate will be able to utilize their troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities in order to install various types of elevators & lifts. This role services our Miami market. Qualifications: Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent mechanical and electronic skills Strong appetite for learning and professional development Familiarity with common hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. Familiarity with electronic, electro-mechanical, and fluid-powered (hydraulic) systems (Required) Valid Drivers License with clean driving record (Preferred) Experience with circuit boards, PLCs, and DC control circuits General Job Duties & Requirements: Install residential & commercial LU/LA elevators and wheelchair lifts Work as a team of two installers on job sites Learn & teach new team members Multi-task with patience and diligence Demonstrate and maintain a clean driving record Safety awareness & compliance Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge Operate general computer equipment/devices Interface with general contractors and customers directly All other duties as assigned Experience level Requirements Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Referral program
