Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Commissioning Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the final testing, adjustment, and commissioning of elevator systems to ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform commissioning, calibration, and final testing of elevator systems (traction, MRL, or hydraulic).
  • Verify all functions, including levelling, door operation, and emergency systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or control issues during the commissioning phase.
  • Collaborate with installation, engineering, and project management teams to ensure timely handover.
  • Document all commissioning activities, test results, and punch lists.
  • Ensure all safety checks and standards are met.
  • Attend inspections by third-party consultants or government authorities
  • Provide basic training to building operators or maintenance teams post-handover.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in elevator commissioning, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, control panels, and commissioning tools.
  • Experience with major elevator brands (e.g., OTIS, Schindler, KONE, Mitsubishi) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
