Most Apprentices are promoted within 12–18 months to Service Technician or Installation Mechanic - with earning potential of $60K–$90K+ after promotion. Requirements: You must: Have a high school diploma or GED Be able and willing to travel up to 90% (mostly regional travel from Tampa, FL) Be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and doing hard physical work Be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight spaces Know how to safely use hand tools Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Be able to pass a background check and drug screen Bonus if you have: Prior experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator industries Military background - veterans encouraged to apply!
