Description

Elevator Operator prev Laborer Semiskilled Qualifications * Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening * Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). * Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces * Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust * Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear. * Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods * Experience in a grain facility preferred but not required
