REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum [2+] years of hands-on experience in elevator/escalator maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

• Elevator maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for elevators and escalators as per manufacturer and company standards.
• Inspect and test equipment to diagnose issues and identify potential failures.
• Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements during PPM visits.
• Maintain detailed service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for seamless service delivery.
• Report urgent or major issues to the technical team or management.
• Maintain tools and spare parts inventory for efficient work execution.
