ELEVATOR QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN – LIFTS & ESCALATORS

  • Office Location: West Singapore – Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
  • Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,200/month + AWS (13th Month) & Performance Bonus
  • Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lift maintenance, elevator servicing, or related building systems
  • Triple E Certification is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of elevator systems and QA/inspection practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Motorbike ownership and valid license preferred; relevant experience with public transport also considered
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform quality assurance inspections on newly installed and in-service elevator systems
  • Assist senior engineers with technical investigations and quality checks
  • Respond promptly to safety or performance-related breakdowns
  • Plan and implement improvements to enhance system reliability
  • Investigate technical faults and provide findings with recommendations
  • Participate in calibration activities when required
  • Provide guidance to junior technicians and support training efforts
  • Carry out ad hoc duties to support team objectives
