Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route. Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment. Clean, valid drivers license Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred
Responsibilities
The Elevator Service Technician will service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator equipment as needed, while performing routine preventative maintenance on assigned routes. They will respond to work order requests in a timely manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
