E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an ELINT OOB (Order of Battle) Analyst to join our team Colorado Springs, CO in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official. Job Responsibilities: Conducts analysis of signals and associated emitters utilizing ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques. Correlates technically derived data including, but not limited to, one or more intelligence disciplines and with other information to determine the locations and identification of emitters Contractor will conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military forces order of battle, to include but not limited to, military organizations/units, equipment, facilities, installations, operational locations, force exercises, and training. Contractor will catalog OB analytic findings in modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in ELINT analysis, or 7+ years of experience in ELINT analysis in lieu of a degree 3+ years of experience using electronic intelligence (ELINT)data to inform analysis of ground-based radars Knowledge of radar systems, components, and operations Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience using ELINT analysis tools, including Generic Area Limitation Environment (GALE) and the Combined Emitter Database(CED) Knowledge of MIDB or MARS Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards To Apply for this Position: You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
