This is a highly consultative, executive-level sale where you'll spend your days speaking directly with owners of $1M–$50M HVAC businesses. You'll uncover operational challenges, ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and help business owners make strategic decisions that materially improve their companies. What You'll Be Selling PRAXIS S-10 is one of the nation's premier business development organizations serving the HVAC industry. We help contractors improve profitability, purchasing power, recruiting, leadership, financial performance, AI adoption, acquisitions, and long-term enterprise value. Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone with a documented history of winning complex B2B sales. You should have evidence that you've consistently finished near the top of your organization. You love asking questions. You enjoy uncovering business problems. You aren't afraid to challenge executives. Most importantly - you know how to close. We're far less interested in HVAC experience than we are in elite consultative selling ability. Industry knowledge can be taught. Closing can't. Compensation: This role is designed for someone who expects to be paid based on performance. Base Salary: $50,000–$80,000 Target Performance: 5 new members per month At target production, total compensation exceeds $225,000 annually, with top performers capable of earning substantially more through uncapped commissions.
