OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. This role involves developing training programmes, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a football coach is essential.
  • A strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and training methodologies is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
  • Experience in educating or mentoring youth in a sporting context is highly desirable.
  • A relevant coaching qualification or certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

  • Organise and oversee matches, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school officials regarding player development and team performance.
