WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) + current CPR/First Aid.
• Proven group training or functional coaching experience.
• Elite technical knowledge and movement coaching ability.
• Confident communicator with natural sales ability.
• Growth-minded, coachable, and thrives in a high-performance culture.
• Marketing or social media experience highly regarded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver BFT classes (strength, cardio, conditioning, and specialty formats) at the highest level.
• Create a safe, professional, and inspiring training environment.
• Build strong member connections that drive results and retention.
• Confidently support new member sales and conversions.
• Contribute to social media and local community marketing.
• Work with the team to uphold BFT Edwardstown’s premium standards.
