The Team You will be a crucial component of an elite, multidisciplinary medical unit. Delivering comprehensive concierge-level care, you will operate under the direct guidance of a Lead British Doctor, collaborating closely with expert Physiotherapists and a distinguished, Western-trained nursing team. The Safety Maintaining absolute clinical precision and practitioner well-being is non-negotiable. To ensure flawless 24/7 patient monitoring and eliminate clinical fatigue, this vessel operates strictly on a double-nurse shift system. The Process Understanding the demanding nature of acute-care nursing, we have streamlined our recruitment process. All initial screening and interviews are conducted completely confidentially via a secure online platform, allowing candidates from across the UK to engage discreetly. Requirements Requirements Education: Western-educated BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Experience: 4+ years of rigorous, recent experience in high-acuity settings (ICU / ER / A&E). Language: Native or C1-certified English proficiency is mandatory for precise medical charting and communication. Attributes: Highly adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and capable of maintaining composure and utmost discretion in a luxury, non-traditional environment.
