The Mission Translate your advanced trauma and critical care skills into a highly rewarding, ultra-exclusive lifestyle. We are currently retaining a distinguished medical professional to provide flawless, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a state-of-the-art private superyacht. This role demands rapid clinical reasoning combined with the refined etiquette of the luxury sector. You will ensure our principal’s absolute well-being as the vessel sails a spectacular, newly mapped Mediterranean itinerary—dropping anchor off the glamorous shores of Cannes, the vibrant coastline of Bodrum, and the pristine, sun-bleached islands of Hvar. The Team Practicing at the highest level of private healthcare means you are never working in a silo. You will integrate into a highly orchestrated, world-class medical operation. Your daily clinical framework is overseen by a resident Lead British Doctor, working in perfect synchronicity with onboard Physiotherapists and a strictly vetted, Western-trained nursing team. The Safety We recognize that elite care is impossible without an optimally rested team. To safeguard our VIP and completely eliminate professional burnout, we operate an uncompromising double-nurse shift system. This ensures you remain clinically precise, fully energized, and capable of executing gold-standard care at a moment's notice. Requirements Clinical & Professional Requirements This high-profile rotation is exclusively available to top-tier acute care specialists who meet our exacting criteria: Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is completely mandatory. Experience: 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical practice strictly within ICU, ER, or A&E environments. Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English fluency, coupled with the unparalleled discretion and poise required in the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private sector. Benefits The Compensation & Lifestyle Package We provide a bespoke remuneration structure tailored to attract and retain elite clinical talent: Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the yacht, offering a beautifully appointed sanctuary during your rest periods. Leave: 30 days of generous annual leave to completely disconnect and recharge. Expenses: 100% of your day-to-day living, fine dining, and global travel expenses are fully assumed by the estate.
