Your floating hospital will spend the season dropping anchor in breathtaking locales such as Santorini, the sun-drenched coast of Marbella, and the crystal-clear waters of Cyprus. The Team You will not be working alone. You will be an integral part of a sophisticated, multidisciplinary medical unit. Operating under the direct clinical governance of a Lead British Doctor, you will collaborate seamlessly with expert Physiotherapists and a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team to deliver proactive, gold-standard healthcare. The Safety Exceptional patient outcomes rely on sharp, well-rested clinicians. To ensure flawless 24/7 medical readiness and completely eliminate practitioner fatigue, this maritime operation strictly enforces a double-nurse shift system. The Process Recognizing the demanding schedules of top-tier medical professionals in Northern Ireland and across the UK, our recruitment pipeline is optimized for maximum discretion and efficiency. The initial interview and screening phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements Education: Western-educated BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1-certified English proficiency is an absolute requirement for critical medical charting and team communication. Attributes: Emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable, and capable of maintaining acute-care vigilance and absolute discretion within an opulent, high-stakes setting.
