The Team You will integrate into a world-class medical unit led by a Lead British Doctor, ensuring clear communication and clinical protocols. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Physiotherapists and Western-trained nurses to provide holistic, top-tier medical management. The Safety Patient safety matches staff wellbeing. We operate a robust double-nurse shift system, guaranteeing you have the support needed to maintain high clinical standards without compromising your rest. The Process We respect your time. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: 4+ years dedicated experience in Acute Care, ICU, or A&E (Major Trauma Centre experience highly valued). Language: Native English speaker. Attributes: High emotional intelligence, clinical confidence, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
