Job Description: Elm offers a remarkable Co-op Training Program designed to provide trainees with practical experience aligned with their academic specialization. The program enables trainees to apply their knowledge in a real work environment and gain valuable exposure to professional practices within their field of study. Trainees will have the opportunity to work on real projects under the supervision of experienced professionals, helping them develop both technical and soft skills essential for their future careers. Program Benefits: Monthly allowance throughout the training period. Professional supervision and mentorship tailored to each student’s field of study. Program Requirements: The training should be part of the student’s academic graduation requirement. The training duration must be 4 to 7 months. The student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 or 3.2 out of 4.0. The student must be proficient in English.
