Purpose and Scope Works under the direct supervision of the ELP Site Supervisor according to set procedures. Assists in providing age-appropriate instruction and recreational activities for students in the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school program for students in PreK –12 at assigned school site. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge or abilities associated with this classification, but are intended to accurately reflect the primary job elements. Minimum Qualifications A program Site Worker shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and shall meet the minimum qualifications listed below: Education level Minimum experience required High school diploma Childcare experience preferred Shall Complete at least thirty (30) hours of professional development each school year. (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)
