Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ELV Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in high-end residential and villa projects. You’ll work with a variety of smart systems including CCTV, IP Video Intercoms, Audio Sound Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Smart Gate Automation, ensuring seamless integration, top-tier performance, and compliance with project and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ELV systems installation, testing, and maintenance (preferably in villas or residential developments).
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems and network infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and work independently on-site.
  • Proficiency in using ELV-specific tools and testing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to various project locations when required.
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, test, and commission the following ELV systems:
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • IP Video Intercom Systems
  • Audio Sound Systems
  • Wi-Fi Access Points
  • Smart Gate Automation and Controls
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product manuals for proper implementation.
  • Perform detailed system inspections to ensure compliance with client and project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including:
  • Installation and commissioning reports
  • System testing results
  • Maintenance and service logs
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and site teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Ensure proper cable management, termination, and labeling according to industry standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety procedures, site protocols, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to clients or end-users when necessary.
