Job Summary The responsibility is to assist in Testing and Commissioning field operations support for our engineers, technician and clients. The Operations Dept. is responsible for overall Testing & Commissioning management including bid tendering, contractor selection, cost tracking, field operations, field supervision, quality control, data analysis, as well as HSE management. Job Responsibilities 1 Provides new and innovative solutions to our clients needs by proposing advance techniques for testing and commissioning activities as per best practices available globally. Provide on the job and class room training to the team and update them for any latest change in technology and methodology. Develops and creates Dept. Plans at the onset of all field operations. Work with HSE Engineer in support of safety programme. Travels to worksites to conduct safety audits of various sub contractors. Job Responsibilities 2 Assist in developing, implementing and managing the Test and Commissioning Strategy to ensure that project Special Systems fulfils all related contractual obligations. Prepare and make sure timely submission of project wise time sheet as per the prescribed standard of the Company. Arranges for the preparation and submission of all testing and commissioning plans as required by the contract.  Review all testing and commissioning plans before submission.  Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills • Knowledge in T & C Project software.PMP, FIDIC preferred.T & C ManagementCrisis Management & ResolutionRisk Analysis ManagementDesign & Development EngineeringFinancial Management • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.Job Experience 4 years of experience, out of which 2 years as an Engineer in Operation/T & C Dept.
