Job Description: The ELV Manager will lead, plan, and oversee the complete installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all ELV systems across projects. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring strict compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and UAE authority standards. This role requires strong leadership in driving execution, providing technical direction to teams, and maintaining effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all key stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, mobilization, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. Oversee the installation and integration of ELV systems such as BMS, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Access Control, Gate Barriers, Telephone/Data systems, Parking Management, Disabled Alarms, etc. Review and approve project schedules, work programs, method statements, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Manage daily site operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project progress. Provide engineering guidance ELV systems. Review IFC drawings, coordination drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and constructability. Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Conduct progress and technical meetings to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities. Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and resource allocation. Review and approve variations, claims, procurement schedules, and subcontractor agreements. Monitor productivity, material utilization, and subcontractor performance. Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor site safety, enforce HSE standards, and conduct risk assessments. Oversee inspections, system testing, balancing, and commissioning activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 8–10 years of experience in MEP contracting/ELV Contracting business.
