POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE. This role is focused exclusively on the sales of automation systems, including but not limited to automatic gates, sliding and swing doors, boom barriers, access control, smart home solutions, and related electronic automation products.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in automation system sales, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and a strong ability to build and manage client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automation systems field (e.g., gates, barriers, smart home, access control, doors, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of automation products and system integration.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with UAE market trends and client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell automation system products to customers, contractors, consultants, and end-users across the UAE.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation sector.
  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and follow up until the deal is closed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
