Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to handle both B2B Sales in the Abu Dhabi region. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in selling technology or low voltage solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience in ELV/Low Current systems sales.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security Solutions
  • Proven sales experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, preferably in low voltage or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system integration.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, etc.).
  • Meet with prospective B2B clients (e.g., contractors, consultants, facility managers) and to present products and services.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial presentations.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline on CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and marketing events when required.
