We are looking for a proactive and experienced ELV Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems for villa and residential projects. The successful candidate will work on systems such as CCTV, IP Video Intercom, Audio Sound Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Smart Gate Automation, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission ELV systems (CCTV, IP Video Intercom , Audio Sound System + Wi-Fi Access Point , Smart Gate Automation)
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for system setup and installation.
Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with Villa standards and project specifications.
Prepare documentation including installation reports, test results, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Ensure proper cable management, termination, and labeling.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures during site work.
Provide technical support and training to clients or end-users when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in installation and maintenance of ELV systems.
Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and network infrastructure.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Familiarity with tools and test equipment related to ELV systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
