Description

NAVSAC solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post ELV Technician - The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the same field and basic qualification. Should hold a Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • The position require technician, who have experiences in ELV systems - CCTV, Structure cabling system, Access Control, Intercom, Smart home solution, Wi-Fi System and Networking.
  • Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
  • Site survey, troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
  • Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
  • Order parts needed for repairs if needed.
  • Fill out reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
  • Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
  • Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.

Added Skills will be an advantage: BMS, PABX/IP Telephone, PC Troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Should have fluency in English.
Communication skills to coordinate site activities with client and contractor
Must have UAE Driving license
