As co-leader of a large power electronics project, you will maintain direct engagement with JOEM customers and drive strategic project outcomes You are accountable for delivering customer targets and ensuring project success - on time, on cost, schedule, and within budget. This includes managing technical coordination, facilitating critical discussions with customers regarding requirements and results, and resolving complex technical issues You drive project goals with a high degree of autonomy, developing innovative solutions and implementing measures that ensure product profitability while enabling your team to deliver with efficiency and excellence You serve as the central communication hub for a multicultural, cross-functional project team in a global environment.
