How you’ll make an impact 1. You will contribute to the supplier qualification process through execution of SAP Ariba based assessments and lead / support the supplier audit planning for EM region and execute the on-site assessments. 2. You will facilitate the implementation of improvement actions at the EM suppliers based on the on-site audits’ findings, detailed process assessments and/or lessons learned from critical quality incidents. 3. You will lead / support on PPAP implementation at EM Suppliers and provide relative training to the suppliers if needed. Ensure critical parts and major changes are approved through the global parts approval process to guarantee that supplier materials/components can fulfill technical and operational requirements including the coordination of trial parts and first article inspection activities with the receiving factory quality. 4. You will monitor and consolidate the available supplier performance indicators and escalations, to identify low-performing suppliers in the EM supply-base and lead / support the annual Supplier Performance Evaluation (SPE) process for the EM suppliers. 5. You will define and implement action plans to recover concern suppliers’ performances and collaborate closely with the suppliers to ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions. 6. You will lead / support the non-conformity resolution process with the EM suppliers including non-conformity report sharing, root-cause identification & countermeasure implementation with the concern suppliers and on-site confirmation. 7. You will perform required product inspection activities at the suppliers’ manufacturing site before shipping to overseas customer regions in alignment with the buyer HUB factories and support the SCM sustainability initiatives as needed by executing defined tasks related to Supplier Development Engineers (SDEs), with the focus on material compliance, supplier sustainability, and material sustainability processes. 8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 9. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 2. Required with 5+ years of work experience in quality assurance and supplier development. 3. Manufacturing processes and audit experience, like Welding, painting, insulation etc., and familiar with international standards like ISO, EN, DIN. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Willingness to travel frequently within EM countries. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with suppliers and cross-functional teams effectively.
