WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for passionate Email Marketing Account Managers with a strong background in email design acumen to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing Team. We need you to demonstrate proficiency in Email and SMS Marketing, Creativity and Strategy for businesses of all different kinds.
This position is a client facing role with heavy emphasis on marketing strategy, copywriting and design overview. Our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and to bring their goals to reality.

Responsibilities
  • Work with 13-18+ brands with bi-weekly or monthly meetings coordinating email campaigns and reviewing results, and recommend changes to improve future performance.
  • Monitor email campaigns to ensure links, copy, list management, and graphics are as intended
  • Work with clients to develop and implement a strategic marketing calendar that drives ROI, meets their objectives, and increases a brand’s customer lifetime value through comprehensive email/SMS campaigns and automation flows.
  • Conduct individual client proposals to create customized flow and campaign strategies per each client
  • Strategize with our current team to create client email/SMS calendars
  • Manage and help train a team of email marketing specialists and graphic designers
  • Generate eCommerce related KPIs and work to improve flows and campaign performance on a bi-weekly basis
  • Develop testing processes and strategize A/B testing of messaging and imagery for flows and campaigns
