We’re on the hunt for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to take ownership of and overhaul how we deliver customer experiences, the brand, and product education via our owned email and SMS channels. Working with the CMO you’ll refine our email and SMS strategy and lead execution of bangin’ campaigns and killer automation.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Email and SMS marketing.
• Previous experience with Klaviyo or comparable solutions.
• A good eye for design and exceptional copywriting skills.
• An advanced understanding of Email & SMS reporting and analytics.
• Proven experience in segmentation, list hygiene, conversion, and lead capture strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Klaviyo-specific experience is a huge asset.
• A strong understanding of GDPR and CAN-SPAM is an asset.
• Graphic design expertise is an asset.
• Excellent written English is also a big ol’ asset.
• An interest or existing understanding of golf equipment is helpful.

• Campaign creation and execution. You lead Takomo’s campaign concepts, creation, and delivery.
• Automation architecture development and evolution. You lead how we put product education and sales on autopilot while delivering a delightful customer experience.
• Identify and lead opportunities for growth and increased automation across email and SMS.
• Track and report performance metrics, including attributed revenue, open rates, CTR, list growth, deliverability, and unsubscribe rates.
• Work with the CMO to develop and evolve the email and SMS marketing strategy.
