POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Email Campaign Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, boost sales, and strengthen customer loyalty. From compelling copywriting to performance analysis, you’ll ensure every email delivers results while staying true to our brand voice and style.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or a related role (preferred).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
• Understanding of email analytics and performance tracking.
• Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with email design best practices a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

• Plan, write, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns aligned with our brand and promotional calendar.
• Maintain and grow subscriber lists through strategic list management.
• Optimize campaigns with A/B testing, subject line testing, and targeted messaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful graphics for campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all communications.
