Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to help us grow our online customer base and revenue. Job Summary We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with experience in e-commerce and/or fitness & supplement industries. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires an energetic self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via email, and chat Convert warm leads and inbound inquiries into sales Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with fitness communities, influencers, and affiliate networks Recommend products based on customer needs and promote bundles or upsell options Manage and track leads through CRM or sales dashboards Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends to the marketing and product teams Collaborate with the channel managers and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-sale experience Qualifications Proven experience in sales (e-commerce or supplement/fitness industry preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with bodybuilding, fitness supplements, or wellness trends is a plus CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Notion, Hubstaff, Social media platforms such as Meta, Skool, etc. ) Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a commission or goal-oriented environment Prior remote work experience is a bonus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + Performance-based bonuses Opportunity to work with a fast-growing and passionate fitness brand Flexible remote work environment How to Apply Please answer the pre-screening questions on the Google form below. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf5uZN0TENrdHlywdq_OFqsBhLxFxQlF0G1rBiFBebKB9Lz3A/viewform Salary: 4 - 6 USD Per hour
