We're looking for an Email & Community Coordinator to join our e-commerce team on a permanent basis. If you love driving engagement, retention, and brand affinity through a well-executed email calendar and an emerging community strategy that spans product seeding, influencer partnerships, and consumer listening we'd love to hear from you! Job Description Own the B2C and B2B email calendar — strategy, planning and execution across campaigns, product launches and the trading calendar Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including segmentation and list health Drive continuous improvement across open rates, click-through, conversion and revenue attribution Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales) Manage the product seeding program — coordinating requests, fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program — advocacy, UGC and consumer engagement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required. Experience with influencer or community programs a plus. Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment. Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.
