We’re looking for a skilled Email Copywriter with hands-on experience writing high-performing email campaigns for DTC brands or agencies, preferably serving the US market. This role is ideal for someone who understands how email drives revenue in eCommerce — from promotions and launches to retention and lifecycle flows. You’ll be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive, and on-brand email copy that converts, while working closely with marketing and creative teams to support growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy for DTC eCommerce brands Develop campaigns for promotions, product launches, newsletters, and announcements Create and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Collaborate with designers and marketers to align copy with visuals and strategy Adapt tone and messaging based on brand voice and audience segments Review performance data and iterate on copy to improve open rates, CTR, and revenue Maintain consistency and quality across all email communications Proven experience as an Email Copywriter for DTC brands or marketing agencies Strong understanding of eCommerce email strategy and customer lifecycle marketing Excellent written English (native or near-native level preferred) Experience writing for US-based audiences is a strong plus Ability to work full-time, aligned with US working hours Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines independently Portfolio of email campaigns or flows that demonstrate performance-driven copy Nice to Have Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization Agency background supporting multiple brands Fully remote, full-time contractor role Competitive compensation up to $2,500 USD/month Opportunity to work with fast-growing DTC brands Clear expectations, autonomy, and long-term collaboration potential
