EMAIL INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integrating and managing email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (2-3 years experience)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization.
• Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (desired but not mandatory).

SKILLS:

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
