Here at Strike Digital, we are an award-winning and rapidly scaling e-commerce-focused agency based out of Dublin, Ireland. We are again expanding our team and we are specifically looking for an individual who fits our team and can add to our current team of experts. We have outlined what we would love to see in any applicant in the below qualifications and descriptions of the role.

In this role you will:

  • Manage a book of business for some of Strike Digital’s client accounts.
  • Build email marketing flows and campaigns on Klaviyo as well as other leading Email marketing platforms.
  • Design graphics, and use generative imagery tools to build content for email campaigns and flows.
  • Create and implement customized customer success plans based on customers’ goals & challenges and reporting the impact of these plans.
  • Analyze usage patterns to provide proactive insights and guidance and recommend specific solutions to help customers achieve and surpass desired outcomes.
  • Lead and plan regular meetings with clients while developing strategic workshops for our clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess account health, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with the ads management team to identify account expansion opportunities via brand and new product expansion with customized account plans.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Strike Digital’s services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer success processes and methodologies.

We’re looking for people who have

  • Experience working as an Email Marketing Specialist or equivalent role. Klaviyo is our preferred email marketing platform.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships, achieving customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to create assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions
  • Possess a passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate as a team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

As an Email Marketing Specialist for Strike Digital, you will be managing multiple accounts on Klaviyo (or similar platforms) across multiple industries. This will involve creating, optimising & managing email campaigns & flows for Strike Digital’s clients. Our Email Marketing Specialist will be someone who is confident in their ability to obtain positive results on the platform, can demonstrate the right solutions for the right objectives and can showcase their excellent communication and objection handling skills in client meetings.
