We are looking for an Email Analyst to help grow our email and SMS marketing program for Hot Topic brands. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the business in a dynamic and rapidly growing ecommerce space.

• Execute email, SMS, and push marketing for Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Her Universe brands
• Build and deploy best-practice email templates, dynamic content, and audience targeting
• Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-through, deliverability, conversions, and signups/un-subs
• Strategize on email journeys including signup, post purchase, reengagements and loyalty campaigns
• Partner with Copywriters, Creative, and Product teams to create relevant subject lines and content for emails
• Provide weekly performance reporting relative to topline growth goals
• Communicate business priorities to solutions partners
• Monitor customer feedback and ever-evolving best practices including CAN-SPAM, CCPA laws
