Are you detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow your marketing career? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced, supportive team. You’ll get hands-on training, learn across all areas of email marketing, and help shape campaigns that deliver real results.
This role is based in offices in Burgess Hill, 15 mins outside Brighton.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 1-2 year experience working with an Email Marketing Platform such as Ometria.
  • Good communicator able to collaborate confidently with colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Numerate and with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Newsletter Creation and Design: Develop and collate design and distribute email newsletters using email marketing platform.
  • Write compelling subject lines, headers, and content that are consistent with brand messaging. Organise translation of text.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure email templates are visually appealing and content is relevant.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Set up and monitor automated email workflows, such as welcome emails and promotional campaigns.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Segment email lists based on user demographics, interests, and behaviours to personalise communications.
  • Maintain and clean the email database to ensure data quality and deliverability. Reduce unsubscribes/increase subscribers.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Support others to monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
  • Deliverability and Technical Management: Troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery or formatting.
