Description:

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, responsive email design, AMPscript, CMS, and content feeds.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua or marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Proficient in campaign tracking, database management, segmentation, and data-driven targeting strategies, and best practices in marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in project management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with acquisition, engagement, and retention campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with tools such as Sitecore, GA4, SiteImprove, or similar platforms is asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A fast learner with a strong technical aptitude, capable of quickly mastering new tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and openness to new ideas.
  • Action-oriented, with effective follow-up skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation to shape and execute campaigns that profoundly resonate with our community. This role is ideal for an innovative marketer with a background in email marketing, digital advertising, and analytics who thrives in a B2C environment. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy, driving campaigns that directly impact engagement and growth for our residences. You will design and optimize automated nurturing programs to convert prospects into loyal customers, playing a critical role in enhancing our lead generation and overall marketing success. You will work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies and will have the chance to implement cutting-edge marketing automation strategies. Your role will involve experimenting with new approaches and A/B testing to ensure our campaigns are both innovative and effective.
