Email Marketing Coordinator The Email Marketing Coordinator will play a key role on the team by creating email marketing blasts in HubSpot. This role will focus primarily on property marketing, including eblasts for commercial real estate listings and closed deals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofreading and email formatting. This role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot formatting issues, ensure brand consistency, and maintain a high standard of quality across all email communications. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and execute email marketing eblasts in HubSpot, focusing on property listings, closed deals, and other commercial real estate marketing initiatives Ensure all emails are formatted correctly, proofread thoroughly, and meet brand standards before deployment Troubleshoot and resolve formatting or technical issues within HubSpot to ensure seamless email delivery Ensure deadlines are met for all eblasts, according to the email marketing calendar Organize and manage email marketing requests, ensuring all assets and approvals are gathered, and campaigns are delivered on time Maintain and update the email marketing calendar daily to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives Draft email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action, under the guidance of the Content Writer Work closely with the Content Writer to execute campaigns and support broader email marketing strategies Coordinate with internal teams, including the Transaction Management Team, to ensure accurate and up-to-date email distribution lists Assist in testing and quality assurance for email campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality Assist in tracking email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) to inform future strategies Provide recommendations for improving email engagement and effectiveness based on performance insights EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred 4–7+ years of professional experience in marketing QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (REQUIRED / PREFERRED) Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to produce both transactional, deal-focused copy and narrative thought leadership content Strong understanding of commercial real estate or closely related professional services High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Comfort working cross-functionally with advisors, executives, legal, and marketing teams Experience writing for investment sales, capital markets, or debt placement teams Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology (cap rates, IRR, DSCR, NOI, underwriting) Experience supporting broker-led or advisor-driven organizations Experience collaborating with designers on property marketing materials Working knowledge of CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce TOOLS & SOFTWARES USED HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint
