The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of customer and partner email marketing programs across the globe. You’ll work closely with email marketers, content creators, and cross-functional stakeholders to help bring campaigns to life—from drafting and building emails in Marketo to scheduling, testing, and pulling performance metrics post-launch. You’ll be an essential part of our growing email marketing team, learning the ins and outs of lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, and marketing automation systems.
We’re looking for someone who gets a weird thrill from a clean HTML email, who knows that an emoji in a subject line is a strategic decision, not a whim. You’ve got an eye for detail, a hunger to learn, and you triple-check every link like your reputation depends on it (because it kinda does). You’re organized, curious, and maybe just a little obsessed with making sure emails land in the inbox, not the abyss of spam. Whether you’re QAing a campaign, building out templates, or pulling reports to see what worked (and what really worked), you bring creativity, precision, and a positive attitude to every step.
