Job Description Rotork is looking for a Digital Experience & Engagement Specialist to lead the way in shaping our global digital presence. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity with technical expertise, helping to define how Rotork is represented online and ensuring a consistent, engaging experience across all digital touchpoints. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where digital innovation supports strategic business goals and enhances customer experience across global markets. You’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital engagement—ideally within a B2B or industrial setting. Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, SEO, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar), and marketing technology platforms is essential. Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, accessibility standards (WCAG), GDPR compliance, and managing multilingual websites will be highly advantageous. We’re looking for a creative thinker with a technical mindset—someone who’s passionate about user experience, digital storytelling, and global innovation. You’ll be proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications Experience Required 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital engagement. Proficiency in Sitecore CMS, SEO, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar. Experience working with marketing technology platforms and system integrations. Exposure to managing multilingual or global websites, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting.
