We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist to drive new business through strategic email campaigns, social outreach, and smart lead generation workflows. This is a growth-focused role for someone who knows how to spark conversations, land meetings, and move prospects down the funnel.

We’re building a lean, powerful internal marketing team to attract new business — and this role is at the heart of that.
What You’ll Be Doing

REPORTING & OPTIMISATION

• Track campaign performance and response rates
• Analyse what’s working, what’s not — and improve based on data
• Experiment with tone, cadence, copy, and timing to boost results

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in outbound email marketing or B2B lead generation (agency experience is a plus)
• Experience with tools like Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay
• Excellent copywriting and messaging skills — especially for outreach and social
• Comfortable working in CRM tools like HubSpot and marketing automation platforms
• Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven
• Able to work independently, self-manage campaigns, and report clearly to leadership
• Bonus: Experience using tools like Zapier, ChatGPT, or AI personalisation assistants
