SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in a data-driven and customer focused role
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B role
  • Experience working with Iterable or other similar email marketing tools (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, with an ability to break down and communicate complex ideas to influence senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with A|B testing, segmentation, personalization, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention strategies
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python and/or R
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
  • Must be willing and able to work in the Boston, MA office an average of 3 days a week or as business needs require

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Email Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and retention of clients across Acrisure’s U.S. retail business. Most of our target audience for these verticals are businesses, ranging from sole proprietors to large enterprises, and you will also oversee some direct-to-consumer journeys in niche markets. In this role, you will spearhead strategy development, own channel performance and drive a robust testing roadmap of email and SMS marketing with the goal of filling our sales pipeline with high value leads and supporting client retention upon policy renewal. To achieve all this, you will partner with key stakeholders across sales, analytics, marketing, technology, and creative teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the development of email and SMS strategy to drive client engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to identify high value opportunities and orchestrate seamless customer experiences
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends and develop strategic, data driven solutions to complex business problems
  • Create and execute against a robust A|B testing roadmap to optimize marketing strategies and tactics
  • Oversee the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including ideation, writing of a strategy brief, implementation and deployment
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations and insights
  • Work with Partnerships to deliver leads to the business for the purpose of driving US retail business forward.
