Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between digital lead generation and the sales pipeline. Sitting within the Digital Marketing team, this role focuses on executing targeted email campaigns, nurturing inbound leads, and ensuring a seamless handoff to Sales once qualification criteria are met. By combining marketing automation expertise with lead development skills, this position helps maximize campaign conversions Key Responsibilities:  * Serve as the first point of engagement for inbound Leads from forms, gated content, webinars, website, etc  * Execute and optimize personalized email campaigns, sequences, and automated email nurture workflows in HubSpot or similar platforms  * Monitor lead activity, engagement, and scoring in HubSpot to identify high-intent prospects  * Qualify leads via email engagement and route qualified leads to Sales with complete documentation in the Marketing automation platform & CRM  * Manage leads not yet sales-ready by enrolling them in nurture programs and tracking progress  * Partner with the Digital and Sales teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality  Qualifications & Requirements:  * 3–4 years in marketing, email campaigns, and lead development  * Proficient in HubSpot: emails, workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, reporting  * Skilled writer with a knack for crafting personalized, engaging email copy  * Highly organized, detail-driven, and strong communicator  * Quick to act on qualified leads with sharp prioritization skills  * Knowledgeable in lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and CRM handoff best practices  * Proven collaborator across Marketing and Sales teams  Nice-to-Have Skills:  * Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms  * Experience with A/B testing in email campaigns or outreach/ direct personal outreach and general marketing communications  * Understanding of funnel performance metrics  Success Metrics  * Engaging quickly and meaningfully with new marketing leads  * Successfully qualifying and passing leads  * Contributing to stronger MQL-to-SQL conversion rates  * Helping Inside Sales book more qualified meetings and opportunities  * Maintaining accurate, up-to-date lead data in Marketing & Sales platforms  * Driving engagement through targeted email campaigns and nurture workflows
