EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING:

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.
  • 3+ years of Marketo experience (with experience building drip and nurture email programs).
  • Demonstrated ability designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, preference towards lifecycle/nurture programs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and a/b testing methodologies within Marketo.
  • Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational acumen.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Sensor Tower is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can drive strategy and execution for end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive meaningful revenue impact. This role is responsible for implementing and executing global campaigns across various regions and audiences to support our growth, loyalty, and retention efforts. Our ideal candidate has technical expertise with Marketo and demonstrated experience/success within the email channel.
Salary range: $100,000 - 120,000

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Strategize and build customer journey stages and create initiatives for each stage, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and winback.
  • Build and execute campaigns and automated flows using Marketo to create engaging, personalized consumer journeys that support KPIs across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Manage email marketing calendar and cadence, collaborating with internal stakeholders to apply best practices and define success metrics.
  • In partnership with sales and marketing operations, create segmentation models, identify, and analyze key trends and behaviors.
  • Establish best practices for email programs and drive consistency across all external communications.
  • Identify key metrics for lifecycle programs and continuously iterate on ways to improve them.
  • Build cross-functional relationships internally, working closely with our Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and implement A/B tests across to improve outcomes.
