As ProfitSolv continues to grow, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take our customer marketing strategies to the next level. This is a critical role in transforming our existing capabilities into a scalable, automated, data-driven system that enhances the customer’s journey from acquisition to retention.
The Email Marketing Manager will be a key member of the marketing team leading the strategy, execution and expansion of automated journeys, email campaigns, and the overall lifecycle marketing experience. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop cohesive strategies that drive conversion, engagement, cross-sell and upsell.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will oversee various aspects of the customer lifecycle:
- Email Campaigns: Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact emails, such as newsletters, promotional offers, customer announcements, and seasonal campaigns.
- Automation: Create thoughtful journeys that are relevant to a customer’s needs, behaviors, and lifecycle stage.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct various forms of testing to identify the most effective strategies and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Channel Expansion: Lead programs to expand into additional customer channels such as SMS and in-product communications.
- Performance Analytics: Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data insights to drive ongoing optimization and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, product, sales, and customer success to support and align strategies with business goals and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
- Process Development & Optimization: Establish best practices for email marketing processes, from planning to analysis. Continuously refine and optimize these processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
?A great fit for this position has:??
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing or related roles.
- High proficiency with analytics tools and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects to achieve measurable business growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
