EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • 7+ years driving email/CRM programs in an omnichannel retail or D2C environment; 2+ years leading direct reports.
  • Mastery of at least one enterprise ESP/CDP (Zeta preferred) plus hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS, dynamic scripting, and QA tools (Litmus preferred).
  • Proven command of deliverability best practices—SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warming, sender reputation monitoring.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Track record of hitting or beating channel revenue goals through disciplined testing and campaign management.
  • Impeccable project-management chops: you juggle dozens of sends, still catch the missing comma, and never miss a deadline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
  • Own a high-impact revenue engine. You’ll architect the strategy and day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and emerging retention channels that power both our retail stores and rapidly growing e-commerce business.

  • Flex both sides of your brain. Pair deep technical chops (ESP, data integrations, deliverability) with inspired creative direction that turns campaigns into must-open, must-click experiences.

  • Lead and mentor. Guide a high-performing team of specialists and designers, coaching them to hit deadlines, sweat the details, and level up their craft.
  • Play with a modern stack. Oracle + Zeta ESP, VTEX commerce platform, Narvar, and more give you the tools (and the data) to build true 1:1 journeys.
