ABOUT THE ROLE Silencer Shop is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who understands two very important things: Email is still one of the most powerful revenue channels on earth. Most brands are absolutely terrible at it. We’re looking for somebody who can build emails that customers actually want to open. Somebody who understands strategy, timing, segmentation, psychology, copywriting, internet culture, analytics, and why “10% OFF THIS WEEKEND 🎉” is the digital equivalent of unseasoned chicken breast. This role owns a major piece of our customer experience. Campaigns. Flows. SMS. Segmentation. Deliverability. Testing. Optimization. Personalization. All of it. You’ll work closely with our social, SEO, web, and creative teams to help build a brand that feels cohesive, human, funny, fast-moving, and unmistakably Silencer Shop. Some days this job feels like performance marketing. Some days it feels like air traffic control. Some days it feels like Captain Holt trying to keep Jake Peralta from launching a flamethrower into a ceiling fan. Welcome to marketing. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own and optimize our email and SMS ecosystem Build campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth Improve KPIs like revenue per recipient, retention, engagement, and conversion Coordinate with agency partners and internal creatives Test relentlessly and learn quickly Maintain deliverability and list health Collaborate across departments to support launches, campaigns, promotions, and storytelling Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude intelligently to move faster and work smarter Help us continue building one of the strongest brands in the firearms industry WHAT MATTERS MOST We care less about “years of experience” and more about whether you can actually do the work.
