The Email Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client strategies. • Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are optimized.
• Email & SMS Content Creation: Schedule, write, and optimize content following brand guidelines.
• Template & Design Updates: Edit email templates and update designs using Canva/Figma as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks before final review and client approval.
• Klaviyo & Campaign Execution: Set up, segment, and execute email/SMS campaigns, optimizing workflows for better performance.
