We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own and grow our email and SMS programs for AcmeTools.com. This role is responsible for driving digital brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through creative, data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate combines creative execution with analytical insight and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Supporting email & SMS channel strategy for AcmeTools.com
• Creating, executing, and supporting the look and feel of email and SMS media across all devices
• Closely monitoring email & SMS reporting features such as read rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, A/B testing, and similar metrics to monitor effectiveness of campaigns and brainstorm solutions for increased performance
• Working with the eCommerce team to strategize new ways to build and retain email & SMS subscriber lists through website, digital media, and in-store campaigns
• Maintaining deadlines to ensure that all stakeholders have sufficient time to review campaigns
• Keeping up with the latest developments in email and SMS marketing to make sure that our campaigns are engaging, compliant, and successful
• Maintaining design documentation, style guides, and specification
