As we continue to grow, we’re enhancing our email marketing strategies to engage our users and build lasting relationships, and we're looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join us on this exciting journey. How You’ll Spend Your Time Execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and delivering personalized content. Analyze customer data to identify segments and create tailored email campaigns that resonate with specific personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Customer Success, to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies. Optimize email performance by testing copy, subject lines, and design to improve engagement and conversions. Use email marketing automation tools (such as Customer.io, Braze, or similar) to manage campaigns and workflows. Help grow the email list and work on strategies for retention and increased customer lifetime value. Ensure the timely delivery of emails, optimize open rates, and monitor deliverability. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Digital communication, ideally in a B2C or fintech environment. Proficiency in using email marketing tools such as Customer.io, Braze, or similar. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling emails. Ability to analyze and interpret data to refine email strategies and improve performance. Nice to have: Experience in fintech or financial services. Experience, preferably with U.S.-based consumer-facing digital products or services Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative.
